Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During product launches, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

​

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

​

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

 

Order Tracking

​

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.

 

Delivery Attempts

​

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are accurate before placing your order. ZEVIEON is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if possible.

  • Take clear photos of the package.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

 

Lost Shipments

​

If your shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue. If the shipment is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

 

International Shipping

​

Currently, ZEVIEON ships only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
