Refund & Return Policy

At ZEVIEON, customer satisfaction is important to us. As perfumes are personal-use products, we maintain the following policy to ensure product quality and hygiene.

1. Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened, used, or if the original seal has been broken.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or leaking.

  • You received an incomplete order.

 

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing admin@zevieon.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or a video of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

 

3. Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. If a replacement product is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns are not available for:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles

  • Products with broken seals not caused during shipping

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

 

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong product or a damaged item.
